Clean Freak Cleaning Service requires an electronic approval upon booking to secure your service date and time. Payment balance must be made on the day services are performed. Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours notice; failure to provide notice may result in a fee of $150, with exceptions considered only for emergencies.

Clean Freak Cleaning Service reserves the right to reschedule sessions for reasons such as inclement weather, illness, or equipment issues. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly and offered a rescheduled date.

All images and media captured during services may be used by Clean Freak Cleaning Services for their website, social media, or marketing opportunities.

Clean Freak Cleaning Services fosters a professional environment and expects all clients to maintain respectful behavior. Any inappropriate or aggressive behavior during the service may lead to immediate service termination without refund.
